About the Pump

Stopping and restarting insulin

delivery

You can stop and restart insulin delivery from the home

screen.

Warning: When stopping delivery, remember that

since the pump uses only short-acting insulin, your

insulin level will start to fall and blood glucose level

to rise very quickly (in as little as 90 minutes). You

must test your blood glucose when stopping

delivery for any length of time.
